Delivery

Free delivery. Orders placed before 3 pm are despatched the same day and arrive the next working day with Royal Mail tracked delivery.

Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. Here's where you stand.

Changing your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it.

To cancel, email us at contact@peptomeskin.com with your order number. You don't need to give a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the product back to us.

What we can't accept

Eye patches are a hygiene product, so we can only accept returns on boxes that are unopened and still sealed.

Once the seal on the box is broken we're unable to take it back or resell it, and the right to cancel no longer applies. This is a standard exemption under the same regulations and it applies across the skincare category.

This doesn't affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — see below.

How to return something

1. Email contact@peptomeskin.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number.
2. We'll confirm and give you the returns address.
3. Send the box back within 14 days of telling us, packaged well enough to arrive undamaged.

Return postage is your cost unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

We'd recommend a tracked service. Until it reaches us, the parcel is your responsibility.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked the return, we'll refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you originally used.

If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we'll refund the standard delivery cost rather than what you paid.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Email contact@peptomeskin.com with your order number and a photo.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days from delivery to reject a faulty item for a full refund. If something's wrong, we'll sort it — replacement or refund, whichever you'd prefer — and we'll cover the postage.

This applies whether or not the box has been opened.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time, with no minimum and no cancellation fee. Email contact@peptomeskin.com or cancel from your account.

Cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal date and you won't be charged for it. After that, the order is already in process — but the standard 14-day cancellation right above still applies to it.
