Programme terms.

Joining

Peptome Partners is run by Peptome Ltd (England). You must be 18 or over to join. We approve applications at our discretion and may decline without giving a reason.

Your account is personal to you. Keep your password private.

Your code and link

Approved partners get a discount code and referral link. Customers get the advertised discount (currently 15%) on orders using your code. One code applies per order.

An order is credited to you when it uses your code, whether typed at checkout or applied by your link. Your link remembers your code on that device for 30 days.

Commission

Commission is a percentage of the order value after the customer's discount, excluding delivery and any tax. Your rate depends on the total commission you have earned under the programme: 15% until you have earned £150, 20% from £150, and 25% from £450. Commission on cancelled, refunded or reversed orders does not count. Tiers do not reset; the higher rate applies to orders credited after you reach the threshold. We may agree a custom rate with you in writing.

Commission is held for 14 days after the order (our return window) and then becomes payable. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent earn nothing; if commission on such an order was already paid, we deduct it from your next payout.

You don't earn commission on your own orders, or on orders placed by people acting on your behalf.

Payouts

We pay early each month, by UK bank transfer or PayPal, for payable balances of £25 or more. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.

You're responsible for any tax due on your earnings. Keep your payout details up to date in your dashboard.

How you promote Peptome

Label every post, story or video that includes your code or link as advertising, clearly and upfront (for example #ad), in line with the CAP Code and CMA guidance.

Only make claims we've approved in your dashboard. Don't say the product treats, cures or prevents any condition, or that it works like an injection or medical treatment.

Don't post your code on voucher, coupon or cashback sites; don't bid on Peptome brand terms in paid search; don't send unsolicited messages; and don't impersonate Peptome or create accounts that look like ours.

Don't edit our product photography beyond cropping, and don't use before/after imagery that isn't genuine and unedited.

Ending the arrangement

You can leave at any time by emailing us. We can suspend or close your account if you breach these terms; commission on orders affected by a breach isn't payable.

We may change these terms or our rates with 30 days' notice by email. Commission already earned is paid at the rate in force when the order was placed.

Your data

We use your details to run the programme, pay you and contact you about it, as described in our privacy policy. We never show you customers' personal details; your dashboard shows orders and amounts only.
